Usage: whisper

       whisper <target> <message>
       whisper <target> ;<emoted message>

Description: With this command, you whisper something secretly to someone in the same room. You can also emote through whisper using the ; just like you would in other modes of commmunication (see: help emote).

If you wish to whisper your reply to the person who whispered to you, use the command wreply.

NOTE: You can also type: whisper to <target> if you prefer.
