Description: Its body consists of a heavily segmented exoskeleton covering extremely strong muscles and sinew. Over a hundred barbed legs, also heavily armored, protrude from the underneath the black and brown carapace. Each leg is tipped with a vicious hook, and at least four long tentacles trail out from under the monstropede. Two antennae perch above a heavily protected and armored head while two serrated mandibles protrude from underneath the creature's jaw.
