Description: Thick plates of dark, chitinous armor cover this powerful-looking gorgant. Measuring nearly ten rands, this fearsome-looking creature sports oversized, serrated claws and keen mandibles that appear capable of easily rending flesh and shattering bone. From the insect's puissant-looking exoskeleton sprout six spiny, segmented legs. Over its dark, beady eyes grow two short, thin antennae. This particular gorgant appears to be extra large in bulk as if its exoskeleton had been overstuffed with meat and muscles. Its beady eyes are tinged with red.
