Some life forces burn brighter and longers than others, but none burn as brightly as the Unblessed. These remarkable beings seem blessed by the gods to be learn faster and grasp difficult concepts much more easily than common folks or even the Blessed. While the Unblessed have abnormally long lifespans, they have only one life to live. Many people believe that King Rand was one of the Unblessed.
Very few people can identify an Unblessed within a gruop of BBB people simply because all life forces burn with a varying amount of energy. They are, of course, easily distinguished from a common person, but attempted assinations of key political Unblessed figures have often resulted in revenge on a grand scale when the target actually turns out to be Blessed and returns to life in one of the special morgues.
